Adjustable Wrist Splint

This wrist splint is built around a removable aluminum palm stay that keeps the wrist in a neutral position, which is the position most people find easiest to rest in during everyday tasks like typing, cooking, or simply sleeping. The stay is contoured rather than flat, so it follows the natural curve of the palm instead of forcing the hand into an unnatural angle.

The body of the splint is a breathable mesh, chosen specifically because rigid wrist supports worn for more than an hour or two tend to trap heat against the skin. The mesh keeps air moving underneath the splint, which matters more than it sounds like it would if you're wearing it through a full workday or overnight.

Two wide hook-and-loop straps handle the fit — one just below the palm, one at the mid-forearm — and both adjust independently, which lets you dial in a snug fit without cutting off circulation.
